Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We ship worldwide. Once your order has been processed, delivery takes 8-14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. JawLiftCare is not responsible for any customs delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at hello@jawliftcare.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
